The flower of the day is the Lady Slipper. We are blessed with 50 to 75 of these little beauties in June.
The following pictures are a travelogue of our Sunday at St. Stephen's in Detour which consists of pre-church, church, and post-church. We gather for pre-church at The Garage across the street -- both outdoors and indoors.
Then church and today we had a good congregation (28 people plus one dog -- see Cassie in the center of the church picture -- we are the only church in Detour that accepts dogs).
Our post-service was at the Main Sail. When you put it all together, it is a very fine day.
I feel like I was there--tell everyone hi for us at your home communion.
