Tuesday

The flower of the day is Queen Anne's Lace. Also, known as Wild Carrot. It's out in abundance almost every place except in the woods. Actually it isn't all that exciting, but the one in the blog with it's pink coloration is quite pretty and I wanted you to see it. I think it is rather rare.

Yesterday we discovered that the rope on the trail was broken so we put up a new one. Now the trail is really in top-notch shape.

While we were in the woods we found some pieces that will make good walking sticks. I should have five new ones done in couple days.

Lori and Kevin, where were you when we needed you. As a result of a couple blows the raft drifted in and we got in the water and moved it back out. Just wanted you to see us in the water. It was really nice.

  1. Actually, I would like one of your walking sticks now, Dad. Not sure about Lori, though. -Greg
